The role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead a high-performing team and oversee the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment. You’ll guide a diverse team, build strong partnerships across Finance and the business, and champion improvements that strengthen controls, efficiency, and data quality. We’re looking for someone who brings technical depth, systems savvy, and a calm, detail-oriented approach during busy cycles. • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy across the function.
  • Lead month-end close activities and ensure all deadlines are met during high-volume quarterly cycles.

Systems, Process Improvement & Data Integrity

  • Lead or support ERP and BI implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, collaborating with IT and external vendors to define workflows and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Leverage strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting/ERP systems.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing accounting professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, and creating an environment that encourages accountability and growth.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance peers, IT, site-level finance teams, and external auditors.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse personality types across the team.

Other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position may be assigned from time to time.
