Position Summary
The Enterprise Safety and Security Director is responsible for leading the organization's enterprise-wide strategy to build, sustain, and continuously enhance a world-class safety and security culture focused on achieving zero injuries, accidents, and security incidents across Vantage's network of airports. This role serves as the organization's champion for safety and security leadership, human performance, risk management, and operational excellence, ensuring that safety and security are embedded in every decision, process, and behavior throughout the enterprise.
The Director will collaborate closely with airport leadership teams and operational departments across the network to foster a proactive, learning-oriented safety and security environment that protects employees, passengers, tenants, contractors, and the public.

Primary Work Location: This role is open to candidates across Canada. Preference will be given to individuals residing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Compensation: The expected annual compensation for this position includes a base salary of $145,000 - $165,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.
